Travel and Visa Information

FLIGHTS

Please begin to make your flight reservations. We would suggest arriving on Saturday, 27th February as day 1 will kick off at 08:00am on Sunday.

TRANSFERS

Any airport transfers booked through the Fairmont Dubai Hotel will be charged to your account accordingly.

We suggest that you arrange for your own taxi. Taxis are readily available in the city of Dubai.

VISAS

Please follow the applicable visa application process of your country location.

• Visas are issued on-arrival for nationals of the following countries: Australia, France, US & UK
• Visas must be applied in advance for nationals of the following countries: Angola, Egypt, Ghana, India, Kenya, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan and South Africa.
• Alternatively, Fairmount Dubai Hotel can assist with your visa application and a visa fee will be charged accordingly. The hotel can assist with most visas except for nationals of the following countries, who will need to contact their local embassies: Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Uganda & Cameroon.
• If you are booking your flight with Emirates, then the airline can also assist with processing your visa. You will find visa requirements under the "Plan & Book" tab on the Emirates website.
